A most gruesome pick-up line

Andrius is on the loose. Again. As if changing one of his eyes wasn't enough, now he apparently wants to change the other too.

This is how I imagine Lithuania to behave if he ever where to meet America in my series. Alone, he would probably take his time to play with his new found toy before alerting Canada. He would be more crazy than mad around America too since America didn't scar him the most before the world destruction. 
Lithuania would probably underestimate America too and not think twice before he starts experimenting on him, measuring how much damage his already broken body can handle before it turns off to regenerate and probably repeating this until he gets bored.
